Owner and Head Trainer
Dylan Brown, M.S., CSCS, CPT, FMS-1
My name is Dylan, and I’m a personal trainer with a deep passion for helping people move better, feel better, and reconnect with their bodies—especially those living with chronic pain or recovering from injury.
I hold a Master’s degree in Strength and Conditioning from Springfield College and a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. My professional background includes working as a Division I and Semi-Pro strength and conditioning coach, where I collaborated closely with sports medicine teams to support the rehabilitation and performance of injured athletes. This experience gave me a strong foundation in both science-driven training and the nuanced process of recovery.
In addition to hands-on coaching, I’ve worked in the field of sports science, utilizing data analytics to inform training decisions and optimize outcomes. Over time, my work has evolved to embrace a more holistic view of health—one that integrates principles from osteopathic medicine, neurology, breath work, dentistry, optometry, and orthopedics. I draw heavily on the science of the Postural Restoration Institute (PRI) to guide my approach, helping clients reduce the body’s natural asymmetries and restore more balanced, functional movement.
At the heart of my practice is a strong belief in the connection between mind and body. I aim to create an experience that teaches clients to become more present, more aware of their breath and movement, and more in touch with their physical body and mind.
Whether you’re dealing with pain or simply looking to move through life with more ease, I’m here to help you reconnect, rebalance, and rediscover what your body is capable of.
