All of my methods are grounded in science—drawing from biomechanics, neurology, physiology, and the principles of the Postural Restoration Institute (PRI)—to support lasting, meaningful improvements in how you move and function.
1:1 Personal Training
These one-on-one sessions are tailored specifically to your body and goals. Whether you're managing chronic pain, recovering from an injury, or simply looking to feel more aligned and connected in your movement, each session is guided by a whole-person approach. Together, we’ll work on breath, movement, and strength strategies that support long-term health and function.
Using the science of the Postural Restoration Institute, these sessions focus on restoring balance, alignment, and awareness to the body. We address the body's natural asymmetries, correct muscle imbalances, and improve posture through targeted breath work, neuromuscular re-education, and integrated movement strategies. These sessions are especially helpful for those experiencing chronic pain, tension, or discomfort that hasn’t resolved with traditional methods.
For athletes and active individuals, I offer performance-based training designed to enhance movement efficiency, strength, and resilience. With a background in Division I athletics, sports medicine, and sports science, I combine data-informed strategies with personalized coaching to help you perform at your best—while staying mindful of injury prevention and long-term health.
